This project involved the complete deconstruction and reconstruction of a residential apartment, replacing every existing element with a cohesive, contemporary design language.

The old terracotta tile floors, wooden-veneer furniture, and dated kitchen fittings were fully stripped out and replaced with large-format Carrara marble-effect porcelain flooring, custom matte white cabinetry, and black-hardware fixtures throughout. The kitchen was redesigned with integrated upper storage, a dark stone countertop, and a seamless marble splash panel — retaining the same spatial layout while delivering an entirely new aesthetic. The bedroom received a custom floating headboard wall system with integrated bedside tables and recessed lighting controls, finished in microcement-effect plaster that flows naturally into the ceiling.

The bathroom underwent an equally dramatic transformation — from a basic beige tile and pedestal basin setup to a fully tiled marble sanctuary featuring an oversized glass walk-in shower with matte black rain head, wall-hung vanity, concealed cistern WC with black flush plate, and a heated towel radiator. Every detail — switches, door handles, taps, mirrors — was unified under a single black-and-white design code, ensuring visual consistency across all rooms. The result is a rental-ready or owner-occupied apartment that feels architecturally designed, built to last, and finished to a standard that significantly elevates the property's market value.
